An Asset Lifecycle Solution evolves around an Asset Management platform, containing all relevant asset information within a single cloud-based system. This allows a user to search by asset and navigate by system, geographical location or parent and child relationship. The interface is user friendly and available on all desktop and mobile devices.
By providing the handover information in this manner future maintainers will be able to find information much more efficiently, respond to faults faster and update the information more easily afterwards. The result will be a reduction in maintenance inefficiency and a lower whole life-cycle cost.

Transform your data
At completion of a typical project an asset, or more likely group of assets, are handed over to maintenance with relevant drawings, commissioning and Operation and Maintenance information. However, the information is provided in either hard copy or a soft copy versions which is not searchable by asset and records and can be difficult to retrieve or edit and update. E-ALS captures and structures the data throughout all phases in a common data environment, allowing the data to seamlessly transition between phases.
A retrospective E-ALS also acts as an assurance tool. Uploaded data can be re-structured and cleansed, identifying discrepancies in As-Built data. This is a particular success success story we see on almost every retrospective system implementation, where handover information is compared to as-built.
Implemented at Any stage
An E-ALS is flexible enough to be implemented at any stage of a projects life. We advise the earlier the better. However we have successfully implemented retrospective systems at all stages.
DESIGN:
Systems ensure Governance, Structure and Process is followed throughout the design process. A Common Data Environment (CDE) delivers a single source of truth for all team disciplines.
CONSTRUCTION:
Our systems continue to govern, structure and store construction data. Asset data including installation details, related safety videos, and O&M information is all stored against specific tagged assets. Any relevant contractual data can seamlessly integrate into our Commercial systems.
OPERATION:
Our systems drive maintenance schedules and monitor performance by capturing planned maintenance, works arising and reactive works. Commercial modules manage applications and payments throughout the supply chain.
